The P365 XL is a little smaller than the G19. It is def thinner and smaller with the grip. The thin size makes it a bit more easy to conceal. For ultimate concealment, get the regular P365. It is a bit more snappy with the smaller grip, but that can be mitigated somewhat with a 12 round extended magazine.P365 (XL) for off-duty/EDC. First and foremost, I am not a Glock 'enthusiast'. I sold off the 43x & 43 for the 365xl. The grip is a bit thinner than the 43x but I added a hogue grip and makes a night and day difference. I still have the 48 which is great but still haven’t carried it since the sig. I use a slimtuk and feels great. There are MOS versions of the 43x and 48 out. At my LGS the non Ameriglo Glock 48 MOS is still $70 cheaper than the 365xl. I think $40 a pop for Shield mags (about the same for 365xl mags), and fairly certain the mag catch needs upgraded to an aluminum one. I like 'em both but the Sig just seems to fit me (medium hands) slightly better. The longer XL grip frame with flared mag well is a plus, but with the 13 round mag the Hellcat also fits fine. So really, one could love either pistol.
