you dont have to go to skull rock to get those collars! Just by accident I discovered a few of the burningblade guys just NE of razor hill in a cave. But those guys are only lvl 9-10, much easier than in skull rock. An also the drop rate was perfect. Killed 6 enemies and got 6 collars. Just easy!Staircase.
