This is imho the best combo. Septimus for the Vanilla++ experience. Incredibly polished, balanced and stable. Clean looking visuals and full CC support. Skyrim as a 2022 release should be. Personally I hated Licentia Black UI too. I'm running Elysium Remastered, seems stable so far (30h) and has great graphics Licentia Black is less graphically intensive and has new quests and mods but may be less stable.
